Taste the Goodness of Sweetpea Pantry

A few weeks back Grace and I were sent some Sweetpea Pantry products. This was mainly to enable Grace take part in a Blogger Bake-Off for her Chocolate Giggles biscuits. Her end result was displayed on the kidGLloves Mini Creations for that week. I think she did pretty well!
Sweetpea Pantry are a company that I can really get behind. Their baking mixes are full of healthy goodness and, by producing delicious home-bake mixes, they are promoting all-natural ingredients, whole grain flours and unrefined, reduced sugars. They want to make it easier for parents to give their children the chance to experience superfoods in the bakes they create – and make it big on nutrition – as well as saving lots of time for busy parents.
The Chocolate Giggles mix contains whole-grain rye, flaxseed, barley and raw cacao. All you need to do to make the biscuits is add butter, honey or natural syrup and 1 egg white for a yummy chocolatey biscuit.
The lovely people at Sweetpea Pantry also sent us some other products to try at the same time.
These were…
Super Oat Flapjacks with oats that provide lasting energy, sultanas, coconut and quinoa. All you need to add is melted butter and honey for some VERY tasty flapjacks.
GLUTEN-FREE Grainy Brainy Pancakes containing whole-grains and flours such as buckwheat, teff, quinoa and flaxseeds this mix is gluten-free with no added sugar or salt. All you need to add is 2 eggs and some milk. I think these were probably my favourite. A very tasty breakfast which is oozing with goodness.
This company have come up with a product that saves time on the baking you do with your children without losing the goodness they are putting into their tummies. I have to say that I thoroughly endorse Sweetpea Pantry. Their products are amazing. You can taste the goodness in them and I would love to eat some more of their delicious bakes.
Sweetpea Pantry are also shortlisted in the Loved By Parents Awards in both Best Grocery Product and Best Children’s Dessert. I think they thoroughly deserve to win.
You can find Sweetpea Pantry on their website, on Facebook and on Twitter.
Please note that we were sent 3 packs of Sweetpea Pantry products for the purpose of this review however all words and opinions expressed are our own and have not been influenced in any way.

Saw the same brand over on Mary’s blog the other week. They really do look like a lovely range. And I’d never think of putting Quinoa in flapjacks. Might try that myself sometime.
Love the idea of these – tasty treats that are not full of nasties! Thanks for linking up with #TriedTested
what a great product – I love the idea of all that goodness in there that ends up as a yummy treat. I will have to tell my very own ‘the brilliant chef’ about it as I reckon he’d like to try those out. Grace’s cooking looks fab. xxx
