Prose for Thought April 2018
Welcome back! Prose for Thought returned last month and, to make life a bit easier for all of us, this linky for original poetry, prose and short fiction is now monthly. This will mean that you don’t have to force your creativity and you can also write as much or as little as you like and link up as many times as you want.
I have to apologise. I am rather behind as we have had at least one poorly child for the last 3 weeks in this house! Then Easter happened and so, not only have I not written any poetry but I haven’t yet read the posts from the lovely people who linked up last month! Things seem to have calmed down a little now (thank goodness!) and I will be round to read the linkers posts for March and anyone else who links up here – as well as write a poem or two of my own!
How Does Prose for Thought Work?
1. Write a poem or piece of prose on your blog – it can be written by you or someone else but must be an original.
2. Come over to Verily, Victoria Vocalises from the first Thursday of the month. The linky will close on the third Thursday of the month which will give everyone the chance to come back at the end and visit any posts they may have missed and want to comment on.
3. To help other writers, and help publicise our creativity, I would love it if you would grab my badge code below and display it on your sidebar or in the post you write. This, of course, is not obligatory but would be very much appreciated!
6. Tweet about your latest poem on Twitter using #prose4T
So, if you have written a piece of original poetry, prose or fiction and would like to share it, then please link up below. I will try my utmost to read every single linkers post. I would also love it if you share your poem and use the #Prose4T hashtag. If you include me in your tweet – @vicwelton – I will ensure that I retweet you.
