Table of Contents
Sunday 3rd May 2015
The last night of our stay at the Royal Garden Hotel in London, and the four of us were invited to eat in the Park Terrace restaurant. This is a photo that Grace took of us at dinner.
Monday 4th May 2015
We decided to put the annual passes we won for Thorpe Park last year to good use and spend Bank Holiday Monday there.
Tuesday 5th May 2015
Before Grace went off to Brownies, we realised that she needed to make a water bottle cover so she and I put something together – and then realised it actually didn’t need to be done until next week!
Wednesday 6th May 2015
We had some really rough weather over Tuesday and Wednesday with lots of high winds. I was pleased to see this sunset though.
Thursday 7th May 2015
Ross had stayed up in Berkshire on Tuesday and Wednesday and, when he came back on Wednesday evening, he returned with a small gift for Grace and one for me. I decided to construct my Lego Wookie Gunship over breakfast whilst Grace completed her Moshi Tree house – she was off school as it was being used as a polling station due to today’s General Election.
Friday 8th May 2015
We all sat down together and switched over to UK Yesterday as Ross was appearing in Raiders of the Lost Past as Ross was playing the German adventurer and treasure hunter August Gissler (in his long beard/long hair phase!).
Saturday 9th May 2015
Ross was playing with his band D-State over at The Globe in Somerton. I went along to enjoy the music and take some photos.

What a great week, I love the water bottle cover! Very funky!
Is his hair green or just the way the light is on it??? Looks like you have had a busy time, and quite right to make use of the passes you won. What an amazing sunset.
Fab. Love a good diary catch up! You’ve inspired me to want to try again… when I have a bit more time! Fingers crossed that will be this century 😉 x
