A Comfortable Sunset!
A Comfortable Sunset!
This week I started a Photoshop course. I already know my way around it and have a pretty good grasp on what I am doing but, as always with these things, I want to know how it works properly. This week we learnt what Adobe Bridge is all about – this helped me gain a bit more knowledge – and also the basics of Photoshop itself. With this in mind, I thought I would put into practice what I do already know. I took this photo of Chard Reservoir a couple of months ago – but I wanted to add a little extra to it. I don’t know about you, but I would love to sit on that sofa!
If you are on Instagram, then don’t forget that my Instagram linky,InstaLinkLove, is open until Sunday evening at 9.30pm (probably one of the easiest linkys out there!).

Really getting the hang of photo editing aren’t you?! Very well done 🙂
Beautiful sunset too 🙂 xox
And I love it! Thanks Lisa xx
What a stunning photo! Sunset photos are some of my favourites! x
Thank you so much Amy x
That sunset is just glorious and the sofa would be the perfect spot just to sit and admire it 🙂
I totally agree 🙂 x
It’s so amazing how you’ve caught the reflection of the sun in the water, such a stunning yellow. I’m now gong to go look for that sofa!! 🙂
Thank you lovely 🙂 Do it! 🙂 x
I know absolutely nothing about Photoshop but am always in awe of what it can do! Love what you’ve done with this image #MySundayPhoto
Thank you so much Lins 🙂 x
Funny that so many of us nearly missed the sofa until you mentioned it. Beautiful sunset and humour too.
Glad I did! Thanks Fiona 🙂
I almost missed the sofa and lamp – love the sunset
Thanks Carol x
Yes I’d happily be on that sofa too!
Be glad to have your company Phoebe 🙂
It looks so calm, give me a cup of tea and a book and it would be a great spot X #MySundayPhoto
It is perfect for that 🙂 x
Took me a minute to spot the sofa…
beautiful photo though!
Glad you did! Thank you 🙂
Beautiful photo, it seems so calm and relaxing
Thank you for linking up
Thanks Darren and thanks for hosting.
Hi Victoria, it’s a lovely photo. I’m not sure I’d want to sit there at night though. Turning the light on may prove to be a hazard!
xx
Good point!
This is so clever, I would love to sit and watch that sunset x
Thanks Cathy x
I have been meaning to go on a Photoshop course for ages. Must get around to it! Love what you’ve done here. Took me a couple of seconds to see the lamp and sofa.
I totally recommend it John. It has been so useful. Thanks so much 🙂
Funnily enough, I was so focused on the beauty of the sunset and the water that I would probably have entirely missed the sofa!
Hahaha! I am so pleased everyone is enjoying the sunset 🙂
I didn’t notice the sofa at first but, yes, that would be a fabulous spot to sit and watch the sunset in comfort. Hehe! How clever. It sounds like the course is really useful. #MySundayPhoto
It is brilliant! So informative and I am learning a lot 🙂
I didn’t notice the sofa at first – I was too busy looking at the sunset! But yet, I’d love to sit on that sofa and watch the sun going down

That’s beautiful and yes I want to sit on that sofa with my cup of tea. I love Photoshop too, there’s always something new to learn.
