A Birds Eye View of the Alicante Sunset

One of the things I was determined to witness when we were in Alicante recently was the sunset from the top of Santa Barbara Castle – which was right next to our hotel. I have to admit that the climb up to the castle, having previously taken the lift, was a very tiring one but it was worth just for this birds eye view! The photos I am sharing are all in order of the sun going down and I love how the colours change as it does – but I think my favourite image has to be the first image, where the seagull is joining me in enjoying the view!
