Win A Fabulous Hamper of Childrens Vitamins
One of the things we all want to be able to do is give our children the best start in life, and when I was offered the chance to review a hamper of children’s vitamins as well as give one of my readers the chance to win one too I was really pleased.
Even before I fell pregnant with Grace I was taking vitamins to make sure that my baby had a fighting chance. Then, throughout my pregnancy, I continued to take specially formulated vitamins for pregnancy included a fish oil supplement by Zita West. One of the things that seems to have fallen by the wayside a little is the vitamins Grace takes now.
I can remember taking a chewy orange vitamin tablet when I was a child. Somehow I knew it was important. Grace has started to take her vitamins now and I have been stressing to her just how important it is to help her with not just her health but her learning ability too. She understands this and seems to be the one reminding me in the mornings that she needs to take them!
We were sent the following items in our hamper:
- 2 packs of Fruit and Shake – a yummy flavoured fruit and veg powder. Great sprinkled on cereal, yoghurt or desert
- 2 Packs of Relax and Unwind – A powdered berry drink containing calcium for growth, magnesium for bones and theanine for relaxation
- 2 Packs of Kids Smart Focus – Essential omegas to help brain function in a fruity jelly
- 2 tubes of Vitamin D3 Spray – Minty spray containing ‘Sunshine’ in a tube. 1 tube contains 8 months supply. Perfect at this time of year
Grace has been taking all of the vitamins and so far *she says, touching wood!* she has been pretty healthy. This time of year is notorious for colds, flu and illness. Despite the fact that she has felt ‘under the weather’ she hasn’t had any time off school. She seems to be quite happy about taking the vitamins. She sprinkles the fruit and shake on her cereal or yoghurt in the morning. She saves the D3 spray until last as this is her favourite!
Higher Nature have developed their KIDS range with taste and texture in mind and their taste testers who were 12 years old and under made sure that none of the range was produced until it had their full seal of approval. And that means something because we all know how fussy kids can be!
Thanks to Higher Nature, you also have the chance to win a Children’s Vitamin Hamper of your very own! Just follow the Rafflecopter entry system below.
Disclosure: I was sent a hamper of Childrens vitamins in return for this review. Please note that all words and opinions are my own and have not been influenced in any way.

There are so many, but not liking milk, my Mum was always concerned about me getting enough Calcium, so overdosed me on cheese (I still adore the stuff!) – So I’ll go with Calcium in memory of my Mum xx
