Slimming Easy Chinese Lemon Chicken Recipe

- 3 chicken breast, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 3 carrots cut into batons
- 1 head of broccoli cut into smaller pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 150 ml sugar free lemon squash
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 1 tsp chinese 5 spice
- 1 tsp easy garlic
- 1 tsp easy ginger
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Spray a large non-stick pan or wok with frylight, add the onions and soften, then add the chicken to brown.
Add the carrots and broccoli and cook for around 5 minutes until slightly soft.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients and add to the pan.
Bring to the boil and then turn down the heat to simmer. Cook for around 15 minutes or until the sauce has started to reduce to form a slightly sticky consistency.
Serve with instant egg noodles or rice.
