Wondering in Nomad’s Land. A Review.
As many of you are aware by now (as if I haven’t spoken about it enough!), in a couple of weeks I am off to BritMums Live. When I am there – and because most bloggers are social media mad! – I intend to be tweeting, Facebooking and instagramming my little heart out! Cue an instant drain on the battery life of both my tablet AND my phone. Uh-oh!
So I need something that is going to help me, something small and easy to carry but big on use and praticality.
Introducing these little beauties.
First the Nomad Chargecard:
Designed to fit into your purse or wallet, this nifty gadget is the size of a credit card. In the middle is the USB cable which you plug into any supporting device such as a pc, laptop, games console or similar and then into your phone or tablet in order to boost the charge back up again.
Not carry a purse or wallet? No problem! Then the alternative is the Nomad Chargekey:
The Nomad Chargekey is in the shape of – yep, you guessed it! – a key. It is designed to slip easily onto your keyring so you permanently have a charge cable with you, with having to carry a charge cable around!
Both the Nomad Chargecard and Chargekey have many benefits. These include:
- They charge at the same rate as a normal USB cable. The speed of the charge depends on the output of the device it is plugged into.
- They sync your devices.
- Extremely durable as they are made from rubber and silicon so they can be bent and twisted and this also makes them pretty weather-resistant.
- Works with: iPhone 5/5s/5c, Lightning iPad, iPad Mini
- Two options mean that they are very transportable
A fabulous, simple and useful device. You can find out more about Nomad on their website, on Facebook and on Twitter.
Disclaimer: I was sent a Nomad Chargecard and Chargekey in return for this review, however, all words and opinions are my own and have not been influenced in any way.

What a great little product, shame it doesn’t cover iPhone 4 or 4S, I’ll have to wait until I can upgrade.
