Today’s prompt is the word ‘merry’ and I have decided to keep it simple and use it as a Christmas day message to any one who reads this.

Merry

May your day be merry & full of good cheer
May your hearts be filled with joy to last throughout the year
May your children’s eyes sparkle as they see that he has been
May your table be filled with the biggest spread you’ve ever seen
May you spend your day with family or the ones you hold dear
May you make lots of memories to last across the years
May you remember the ones not as lucky as you and I
May they find food and love and somewhere warm and dry
May my family and I wish you the best that there can be
May you ring out the old and in the new so merrily
