Tips for Fighting Tiredness. A Poem #FightFatigue #BlueIron
Tips for Fighting Tiredness
I’m so tired is something I regularly say
Catch me utter it at least once a day
So I wondered just how I may
Combat the debility, make it go away
Caffeine helps but it isn’t the best
To help you get a good night’s rest
So if you don’t mind, may I suggest
You put some other things to the test
First, restful sleep is what you need
Do less looking at your Twitter feed
An engaging book, at night, to read
I am sure that this will do the deed
Next, a big dose of exercise
Will help you at night to close those eyes
Keep your brain alert and make you wise
Workouts are done best when you rise
Dehydration can cause lethargy
So lots of water will help your energy
Give your brain and body some synergy
And the great thing is, it’s complimentary
A handful of nuts are really good for you
They will help to fight your fatigue too
Omega 3 oil will help see you through
Stop your langour is what it will do
Iron is essential to your health
But something you can’t produce yourself
Find Blueiron on a good chemist shelf
Because their supplement contains a wealth
So I hope I have given you some solutions
I’m sure none of them are revolutions
Find the ways to fight the exhaustion
Don’t be weak, always be awesome!

Haha. thank you so much for this article. very good. I have more motivation 😉 Love u and your blog
So clever, witty and wise!
I’ve never heard of Blue iron, so I’ll take a look when I’m out shopping. I think you’re right about looking at your twitter feed last thing! Also drinking plenty of water and essential oils are top tips. Great idea to create a poem around this subject 🙂 #prose4T
Absolutely brilliant! I loved it. I am always moaning I’m tired yet I never do anything to help myself out xx
Love this – and such great advice included in it too. I’m forever feeling tired but I know it’s mostly my own fault for checking Twitter too late at night and not drinking enough water. I might also give BlueIron a go and see if it helps too. Thank you for hosting #Prose4T
Brilliant – and some much needed advice this week as baby poorly so I’m soooooo tired. I did try the gym last night and that helped. I love the fact that you really get a sense of tiredness in the first verse – and then you give some fantastic, rhyming tips x #Prose4T
This post really struck a cord with me as I am sitting here, in the heat, waiting for the boys to come out of school. I’m tired so often and then thrown back into the crazy work or motherhood role. Great poem and great tips X
