The Weekend Winner – Win a New Wool Tartan Rug

The Weekend Winner BadgeWelcome to the Weekend Winner. Don’t forget that the chance to win a Gluten Free Family Selection Hamper is still open and runs until next Saturday 16th November.  I have also drawn the winners for the Chocolate Picture Maker so check the page to see if it’s you!

This weeks Weekend Winner is the chance to win yourself a beautiful tartan rug made from 100% lambswool. The lovely people at Buyakilt.com recently gave me the opportunity to review one of these beautiful rugs for myself.

The rugs are offered in 13 different tartans. We opted for the Bruce of Kinnaird tartan clan. This is because Grace and I are going to be using the rug and it has pink running through it which makes it very feminine. With the winter evenings drawing in, I am one of those people who feels the cold (even with the heating on!) and love nothing more to snuggle up under a rug whilst watching a film – perfect for our Family Film Fridays.photo (43)

The rug is really soft, very light and keeps you extremely warm. It is easy just to drape over the sofa when it is not in use as it also looks stylish too. Grace is also very keen because, as she keeps reminding us, she is a quarter Scottish!

BuyaKilt.com sell many different items including hats, jackets, waistcoats, childrens wear, ladies wear and, of course, kilts. Not only do they offer very fast delivery but they also offer free 365 day returns within the UK and earned thousands of 5 star reviews for their products and service. There is even a page to find your tartan!
