  1. from the items available on the website I’d add the Glebe Farm Cranberry & Blueberry Muffin Mix 300g because I love baking new GF goodies. If I had the choice of adding anything from my mystical wishlist (and don’t you find that when you have to avoid gluten you suddenly start craving all the things you didn’t ever bother about before) – I’d wish that someone could develop a puff pastry for home baking. I really miss puff pastry – have tried just about every gluten free recipe I can find but none of them work.

  42. Having a strict gluten-free diet means that I miss out on all sorts of cakes and puds nowadays so I would definitely choose this; the Tilguhillies Sticky Toffee Pudding and I would smother it in custard too! Yummy 🙂 !!

  45. I am a Coeliac and follow a strict, life long gluten free diet. I am delighted to have found the website.

    I love Glebe Farm Chocolate Cake Mix 300g. Especially when filled with a rich, fudge cream, or heated with custard if it is a few days old.

    So, although a bottle of Moët would be nice, I would add Glebe Farm Chocolate Cake Mix.
