Alicante Marina at Dusk
Ross and I paid a couple of trips to Alicante Marina when we were in Spain, but I have to say that my favourite time was in the evening as the sun was setting. I am particularly happy with the first photo and pleased with the framing. The sculpture is a bronze figure of Icarus from Greek mythology who flew too close to the sun and plunged to his death – although quite why he is carrying a surfboard is beyond me!
