Prose for Thought. Thursday 10th December 2015
Welcome to this week’s Prose for Thought. Thank you to all the wonderful linkers who joined in last week. I managed to catch up on all of last week’s poems last night.
In case you have not seen it yet Maddy, my co-editor, has completed this month’s poetry and prose round-up over on the BritMums site. If you would like an extra read of some poetry, do take a look at all the talented people she has featured.
My prompt this week is the word ‘warmth’. I have looked it from both a weather and a family perspective.
I am still behind the prompt stakes but I have decided to make a concerted effort to catch up over the next couple of weeks and complete them all by the end of the year. The following are the prompts that I need to be writing as we are now at week 50:
- thankful
- comfort
- merry
- festive
- family
I am really looking forward to reading everyone’s posts.
So, if you have written a piece of original poetry, prose or fiction and would like to share it, then please link up below. I will try my utmost to read every single linker. I would also love it if you share your poem and use the #Prose4T hashtag. If you include me in your tweet – @vicwelton – I will ensure that I retweet you. Please also use my badge below if you are linking up – it helps to publicise the linky to others![]()

I’m sorry I don’t always follow the prompt! I just write what I feel. I will catch up on the other posts over the weekend xx
It’s OK Jo, you don’t need to follow the prompts – it’s only if you want to xx
