A Look at The Happiness Planner from Find Me a Gift
A few weeks back I wrote about getting back to me and overcoming my baby blues. Things are improving even more now as I have made a decision about what I want to do with my future. I have also slowly started to resume exercise and I am on a diet in a bid to lose my baby weight.

The Happiness Planner
In timely fashion, Find Me a Gift offered to send me their Happiness Planner. However, it is so much more than just a planner. I need some structure to my life and future goals and this really helps me to do that. The Happiness Planner is also designed to encourage you to look at the power of positive thinking, mindfulness and self-development.
One of the things I have found really useful, given my new direction, that the planner inspires you to set goals and dreams, integrate more of what makes you happy into your daily life, harness your own personal power, build mental strength and adopt a growth mindset. You start each day with a positive thought and end each day with a reflection of gratitude.

What is included?
The planner is beautifully presented in it’s own black and gold gift box. It is spiral-bound in a black and gold-luxe design. There are 424 pages to help keep you focused and you also receive a gold pen with an inspirational message, 3 gold paperclips, 2 gold foldback clips and 8 additional inspirational pages.
How I am using my planner
My planner means that I have started to set my goals. I know many people like to begin this type of thing on the 1st of January. I feel that it doesn’t matter when you start – so long as you start. I am beginning now. I want to make a change for the better and ensure that my future is one to look forward to. I am at the stage where I realise that I don’t have any more second chances. That I need to make something of myself now – and not later.

The people responsible for The Happiness Planner have a vision. They want to inspire people to live a purpose and passion driven life and to find happiness from within. That is exactly what I want to start doing – and with their help I finally feel I can.
