Review: Hey Duggee Smart Tablet

Hey Duggee has been a big hit in our house for the longest time. Ever since The Stick Song episode back in December 2018, Rex has regularly had episodes of the hit show on our television. Duggee, Roly and Happy are permanent fixtures in his bed. When we were sent this Hey Duggee Smart Tablet for review you can probably imagine the excited look on his face!
Even though it has been given the name ‘tablet’, it doesn’t actually connect to the internet so there is no concern over setting parental controls.
With all the familiar characters, voices and colours, it is eye-catching and instantly recognisable. Bringing out the packet, Rex’s first comments were to gasp and shout ‘My Hey Duggee!’.
The Hey Duggee tablet has 5 different activities which encourage learning about colours using the clouds, learning about numbers using the shapes, letters through different badges, the characters from the show and some of the badges from the show.
The Hey Duggee Smart Tablet can be used to help build communication skills and encourage concentration and attention.
As you can see from the photo below, Rex thinks Roly is particularly amusing!
Switching it on couldn’t be easier. There is a large button in the bottom right-hand corner and, upon switching it on, you are greeted with the cheery narrators voice from the hit show and at the same time, Duggee in the bottom left-hand corner lights up.
*This Hey Duggee Smart Tablet has brought hours of fun to Rex and I am certain that it would make a great addition to any Duggee fans toy shelf.
