FREE Store Party Event at Smyths Toys

Toys have suddenly become a ‘thing’ again in our house since Rex was born and a visit to Smyths Toys is firmly back on our ‘to do’list. Grace had started to outgrow her dolls and the various small children phases a while ago – although certain crazes such as slime still have a firm hold on her time. She also loves books and board games – and who are we to argue? Ross and I are still firm loves of those things too!

I can’t really remember my first visit to a Smyths Toys but, as a grown adult, I can still wonder around a toy shop feeling excited. There really is something about all the bright colours and inviting things that makes you want to be a child again. As of Christmas last year, toy shops were a realm that we were once again a part of as we start to find age-appropriate presents for Rex. With his first birthday just over a month away, I have no doubt we will be going back sooner rather than later!

Smyths Toys Free Party Event

Children – both young and old – will be pleased to hear that Smyths Toys are holding a fantastic in-store event to quick off May half term and celebrate the Bank Holiday weekend.

Stores across UK and Northern Ireland are inviting you to attend your local Smyths Toys Superstore on Saturday May 26th from 9am – 2pm for a FREE party!

As well as a DJ and face painting in all stores (over 3’s only for face painting!) you can collect a FREE goody bag holding some very well known toys including Ben 10 Cards, LEGO and My Little Pony Blind Bags*. There will also be character appearances in selected stores and there are chances to win a £50 Smyths Toys gift voucher to spend in-store on the hour every hour!
