The Conception Diaries #8 Tuesday 20th October 2015
Welcome to the eigth episode in my series of vlogs, ‘The Conception Diaries’.
This week my post is being written and published from a very wet and windy Cyprus! If you have been following my journey on other platforms then you will know that we are here for our egg donation procedure. More of that to come in later vlogs but if you would like to know more about what is currently happening then you can catch up with this on the latest Meet the Parents podcast.
Thank you to those who continue to be so supportive by watching and commenting on my vlogs.
In last week’s video I discussed an impending appointment for a HyCoSy procedure and this week I tell you why we have decided to cancel this. In what was an eventful couple of weeks, I also speak about a fertility expert who was supposed to have helped me but did the exact opposite (please note that the post I talk about has since been removed as I could not deal with the stress of it all!), my plans for the month ahead and the fact that I found it hard to deal with the pregnancy announcements from a couple of high profile parent bloggers but getting the support of others in a similar position to me. Finally I speak about Baby Loss Awareness Week and watching Greys Anatomy.

Hi Victoria, I’m catching up! I remember the blog post you speak of, where the person in question gave you a hard time. It did make sense to cancel the HyCoSy procedure if it’s outcome didn’t make a difference.
xx
Thank you for catching up and watching Debbie x
Hey lovely – I stumbled across this. What a raw, emotional blog. I know this is a while ago now, but I understand what you mean about all of the pregnancy announcements. I try hard to not be resentful, but it’s there all the time. Very challenging. xxx
Thank you so much for listening and watching. I knew you would understand xx
