Girls Talk – Grace and the Dog Poo Jelly Bean. A Wot So #Funee Post
Yay, we’re back again with a few of Grace’s latest corkers for this week’s #funee. There seem to be so many of them at the moment as we are spending so much time with her due to the summer holidays but there aren’t enough hours in the day for me to keep noting them down.
Today, Grace has started to make her own production line of ‘laptop computers’. She told me that the first one was worth £15,000. This was because it ‘never went wrong, didn’t need batteries, or even to be plugged in!’ It has drawn on, easy to use buttons and closes with a piece of blue tack. But, as she made more then the price started to come down rapidly. At last count, the figure was £150 to purchase one of these little beauties. The state of things to come? Wouldn’t that be fab. I really think kids should run the country sometimes!!
The week before last we were sitting at the dinner table when Ross ran out of water in his glass. ‘Don’t worry,’ said Grace ‘I’ll get you some more from the fridge’. Since getting our new fridge, we have a great gadget which means that water can be dispensed at the push of a lever. Grace returned explaining that there was none left. Ross asked ‘What would be the solution for this?’ Grace innocently replied ‘Get you a beer?’
Finally, a couple of weeks ago, I decided to put the Harry Potter All Flavour beans I got from BritMums Live in a small bowl so that they would get eaten and left them in the lounge. I was cooking one evening when Grace ran in to the kitchen and lifted the lid of the bin to spit one of the aforementioned beans out. ‘Are you OK?’ I asked. ‘Yes’ she responded. ‘What did that one taste like?’ I asked. Grace replied ‘dog shit!’ and ran off. I shouted after her and asked her how she knew what that tasted like – I got no response!!

I am linking to the #funee from Actually Mummy.

That quip about the beer was really funny!
That made me laugh! Hoping she meant it tasted like dog shit SMELLs, not that she’d actually tasted it before. Bleurgh!
Oh V – I have been giggling into my cuppa whilst reading this. Not sure what I enjoyed most; the beer or the doggy doo doo incident – she’s an absolute corker xx
Haha cheeky girl, that’s hilarious! Loving the laptop too 🙂
My friends little girl made her way through all the horrible jelly bean flavours but drew the line at banana!
That is some seriously funny stuff hon xx
This made me LOL, I love the beans one, such innocence 😛
Oh dear! I’m glad I didn’t try that one! Sign me up for a couple of those computers will you? They sound amazing!
