The Hogwarts Darks Arts Season

As we draw ever nearer to Halloween, any Harry Potter fan will be well aware that it is time to celebrate #DarkArtsMonth. With that in mind, we were sent a number of Dark Art themed items from Warner Bros Consumer Products to help us to celebrate the darker side of the Wizarding World.
Grace is currently nearing the end of the final Harry Potter books. We have promised her yet another marathon watch of the films once she has finished – and, on top of all that, she is a huge Draco Malfoy fan at the moment!

Junior Invisibility cloak
We have previously review the Invisibility Cloak, so it is great to see that it has now got a Junior sized edition which is suitable for age 6 years and over. The box includes a 106-110cm fully patterned invisibility cloak with special effect lining, phone stand and instructions with a unique product code for the app on the cover.
The cloak is fully patterned and features movie-accurate details with a green silk style lining on the inside. It is lightweight and made from the same material as the adult version. The only real difference is the length. It is around 30cm shorter. There is a hook and eye fastening at the neck which is easy to do up. The cloak is well made and not suitable for machine or hand washing.
WOW! STUFF The Deathly Hallows Collection
This collection features the Invisibility cloak which is a larger version of the Junior one above, the Elder Wand and the Resurrection Stone in the form of a ring. The Elder Wand features a light at the end which is switched on at the touch of a button, giving it a realistic Lumos spell effect. The Resurrection Stone ring is detailed with a gold metallic finish and set in the Gaunt Family ring. As well as all of these, there is a table top tripod which holds most smartphones for steady picture or video taking when using the Invisibility Cloak.
