NaPoWriMo Day 15 – A Strength in Our Opinions

I’ve made it halfway through NaPoWriMo! Yay! 🙂 Today’s poem is all about how Ross and I tend to argue. We are both very opinionated people (I’m sure he won’t mind me saying!) so this sort of sums it up really.

A Strength in Our Opinions

Frustrated, please listen to me

I’m trying to be heard

I feel like I’ve spoken all night

But you haven’t heard a word

 

I know this scenario

We’ve been here many times

But it’s not the end of the world

We’ve committed no real crimes

 

A strength in our opinions

A difference in what we say

But with love and understanding

We will always find a way
