Great storage ideas! I used to live in a very small apartment and storage space was a big issue! Now I live in a much bigger place and we need to remodel it and think of smart storage ideas. Read the instructions carefully. As you do, imagine yourself doing it and also make a list of everything you need at the same time. Get everything ready before you start!
Last time I painted a ceiling I poked a hole in a old shower cap and put the brush handle through. The cap caught the drips and saved my floor
Sometimes, leaving something for an hour and going back to it is a good thing!

Don’t run before you can walk. If you’ve never even put together a little side table don’t attempt to put together a huge piece of furniture- you could end up permanently damaging it. Do your research, ask for help and read the instructions thoroughly!
For women not to be afraid to try. Years ago I bought a house that had tiles on top of hardwood floors. I was quoted $6,000 to redo the floors so I went to the local DIY store that rents equipment and asked a lot of questions. The guys were really helpful and showed me how to use a floor sander & buffer, screener and I rented it for a week for $100. The floor varathane & stuff came to $250 and I refinished the floors myself for $350 and they came out amazing.
Be well prepared and have everything ready and close by before you start,you don’t want to get half way through and find you’ve forgotten something!
