Day 6 of NaPoWriMo sees a poem about our househunting escapades.
Rural With a View
Making that jump, a leap of faith
Me and Ross and little Grace
Off somewhere to pastures new
A cottage, rural with a view
Somewhere that’s ours with no ghosts
Of memories past that still play host
Form a life and a future for us
Calm, a haven, not sad, no fuss
We’ll have a good life and lots of fun
Joined together, never come undone
