Bottomless Cocktails in Somerset with Montigo Resorts

For a taste of luxury with a flavour of Asia this Easter, Montigo Resorts Somerset at Charlton House is your destination – based near Shepton Mallett, the venue has reopened its spectacular TIIGO kitchen garden pop-up, featuring plush outdoor armchairs and fire-pit dining tables in laid-back surroundings.

The hugely popular bottomless brunch makes its welcome return until Monday 21st April, running Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays from midday to 11pm, and offering a combination of tasty tapas-style dishes with 2 hours of unlimited cocktails and beers.

Hotel Manager and native Sri-Lankan Imran Mannan certainly knows his stuff when it comes to authentic Asian flavours and has overseen the creation of a innovative fusion menu that, in his own words, “draws inspiration from the vibrant cuisines of Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Thailand, offering an exquisite selection of dishes, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan”. The options include succulent prawns, fiery noodle dishes, crispy tempura, aromatic Thai mussel curries, and even Asian-style octopus for those looking to experience something a little more exotic!

As for the bottomless cocktails in Somerset, these are plentiful, varied, and spectacular – forget the pitcher of Pimms served in a plastic jug, the presentation of TIIGOs drinks sets the tone for how special they are. Expertly mixed, these drinks range from modern twists on timeless classics to new cocktails you won’t have encountered before but will certainly want to experience again. The sweet and spicy Peachy Blinder combines dark rum with peach, mint, and a hint of chilli, the Oaxacan Negroni blends mezcal with vermouth and bitters, and there are classic Mai Tais, three different flavours of Mojito, and much more to help quench your thirst.

It’s not just for the grown-ups though. Whilst there is plenty to keep the adults interested, the kids are more than welcome too – in fact, children eat FREE this Easter from the kid-friendly menu, and there’s an Easter Egg hunt on Easter Sunday, ensuring it’ll be a memorable time for all the family.

Beyond Easter, the venue will be hosting further experiences during Spring and Summer, including themed party nights, all combining TIIGOs signature warm, vibrant atmosphere, exceptional food and spectacular drinks.
