Naughty Or Nice? Privacy Scandals for 2018

How was your 2018? I have to say that I have had a mixed bag of a year. I started it totally exhausted from a 6 month old and it is amazing how quickly this has changed. Now Rex is walking, sleeping much better (touch wood!) and is entering an age which I, as a mum, enjoy much more than the newborn years. I finished maternity leave, started my photography business (which is going well so far) and returned to more regular blogging. Doing all this and being a full-time mum isn’t easy, but I am managing.

As the year draws to a close, I like to look back and reflect on what has gone before prior to heading headlong into a brand new one and starting the cycle all over again! In previous years, I have sat down and watched the television shows which reflect on the year which has gone before. I much prefer the satirical programmes which take the mickey out of the year!

Of course, there are plenty of programmes as well as websites which cover all of this. With that in mind, I was really interested to see this infographic from BestVPN.com

They have taken a look at all the many tech scandals which have happened including our rights to privacy – good old GDPR, eh?! They have included the nice, and not so nice companies, on their list, including Facebook and British Airways. For example, did you know that the UK Police force are allegedly accessing people’s phone records illegally?

This information isn’t the only thing covered on that page. If you nip over to their website, you could also win a fantastic 50 Inch 4K Samsung TV. Enter before Christmas and you could be in with a chance!

So, who has been naughty or nice? Take a look below:
