Mothers Day Made Special with Pia Jewellery

Mothers Day Made Special with Pia Jewellery

I believe that one of the most important things to do when you are a mum is to treat yourself every so often. Mothering Sunday takes place on the fourth Sunday of Lent, although, it’s often called Mothers’ Day. Traditionally, it was a day when children, mainly daughters, who had gone to work as domestic servants were given a day off to visit their mother and family. Mothers Day has taken on a whole new meaning since I had Grace and, even more so now I am expecting our little boy. It is a big responsibility to carry, nuture and raise a child and I love the fact that it is recognised in this way.

Pia Jewellery recently approached me offering me a set of their jewellery in order to treat myself – and all the work I do – as a mother.  They are a jewellery and accessories retailer who have been around for over 10 years, creating cornerstone pieces and fashion trends. They have 16 UK-based high street stores as well as the ability to order online.

After being shown just some of their range, I opted to choose the gemstone collection which included a pendant, bracelet and set of earrings.  Below is what I received.

Three Rounds Bracelet

I love wearing bracelets. I have regularly worn my charm bracelet since our visit to Spain last October, so it nice to have a change. This sterling silver bracelet has a central blue topaz teardrop, with rose quartz rounds either side and extends to a length of 19cm. It retails at £39.

Blue Topaz Gemstone Pendant

Again, I regularly wear necklaces and I like to make sure that the ones I wear on a regular basis are versatile enough to go with pretty much anything. This blue topaz pendant is beautiful. One of my favourite colours is blue and this necklace is the perfect shade. Tiny blue topaz stones also adorn the sterling silver chain for an extra special touch. It is 45cm in length and retails at £69. You can also opt for the same necklace in rose quartz.

Three-drop Earrings

Earrings are the item of jewellery I seem to wear the least. I have one go-to pair which seem to suit most occasions but when I saw these, I knew I would be able to add them to my list. Again in sterling silver, these earrings compliment the pendant and bracelet beautifully with rose quartz and blue topaz drop. They are 3cm in length and retail at £49.
