A Review of the Isotonix Daily Essentials Kit

Isotonix Daily EssentialsWith health every increasingly at the forefront of my mind, especially in light of my recent weightloss (which, I hasten to add is still continuing, despite coming off the TFR plan), I was asked by a friend of mine to test out her Isotonix Daily Essentials kit.

This kit is a pack of four different vitamin and mineral supplements which:

  • Help to maintain immunity and antioxidant protection
  • Help to maintain cardiovascular health
  • Reduce tiredness and fatigue
  • Help with normal functioning of muscles, bones and teeth
  • Promote normal cognitive function

Isotonix OPC-3

This product helps with the normal function of the nervous system as well as aides normal muscle function and contributes towards a normal blood pressure. On top of that, it contains the world’s only isotonic-capable Pycnogenol® (French maritime pine bark extract). Find out more about it in this video:

Isotonix Multivitamin

This is a multivatimin and multimineral formula which contributes toward normal immune functions, better bones and teeth and assists with a normal psychological and cognitive function.

Isotonix Activated B-Complex

This is a supplement that I was particularly keen to try. It helps with your metabolism which means that it reduces tiredness and fatigue. Aides with the normal function of the nervous system as well psychological functions and assists the heart too.

Isotonix Calcium Plus

This one does what it says on the pack! It helps with your bones, teeth, cartilage, gums, skin and increases your iron absorption as well as assisting with normal blood calcium levels.

I have been taking these supplements for about a month now. What I really like about them is that there is no horrible tasting tablets to take. All you need to do is put a cap full into the small container cup provided and then fill up to the level line with water. All the solutions taste of a fruity isontonic type drink – a bit like lucozade or similar.

IMG_0418The benefits to taking the vitamins in this way are that you are absorbing them far quicker in a far more effective way. You take them on an empty stomach so that it bypasses it and none of the nutrients get wasted – that way gets straight into your lower intestine to be absorbed.

I have to admit that I am always a bit sceptical when taking supplements but I haven’t taken them for the last few days – just to see what happens – and I can certainly say that I have felt the difference.

At the moment you can save a huge 42% (£36.95) on these supplements, simply by popping over to Andreea’s shop. If you are feeling run down and lethargic, I totally recommend them.

Disclosure: I was sent the Daily Essentials supplement pack in return for this review, however, all words and opinions are my own and have not been influenced in any way.

Wow, these sound fantastic! As you know, I am into my health stuff and often wonder whether my daughter should have supplements since she has coeliac disease and is intolerant to dairy. Are these suitable for kids do you know? Thanks for letting us know about them.
