The NEW Santa Sprint! Brought to you from the PNP.

Santa SprintLast year Grace was thrilled to receive an amazing video from Santa via the PNP (Portable North Pole). I have to say that I am SO envious – if these were around when I was a child then I certainly would have watched it just as much as Grace did on my phone last year, if not more so!

Santa Sprint 2So when the lovely people at PNP told me all about the brand new Santa Sprint game, Grace and I couldn’t wait to try it. In fact, we spent most of yesterday evening getting through both the workshop and library levels and are finally on to the stables this evening!

The aim of the game is to get your young elf around each floor of each level collecting stars, stamps and potions and collecting cookies along the way. You need to look out though! There are some frosty creatures on the loose looking to zap you of your energy and turn you cold. You can boost your life force by drinking the odd cup of hot chocolate as well as make time stand still for your enemies and wearing clothes to make you invisible.Santa Sprint 4

Once you have collected all the items you need then a set of stairs appear to take you on to the next level.  At the end of each level, it tots up the amount of cookies you’ve earned and then lets you know if you can purchase extra magic, clothes, agility or heat to help protect you as you go around.

There are three sections of 15 levels – so plenty to keep you amused – and as you complete each level, the difficulty increases.

Upon completion of each section, it unlocks the story that Father Christmas then settles down to tell you.

Grace and I love this game. We really enjoyed getting the Elf around each level. I loved that Santa was there to guide you with little tips and an encouraging ‘Ho Ho Ho’ every so often. I would say that this game is aimed at around 5 years plus.

Santa Sprint is available now from iTunes at the really great price of £1.99. Much cheaper than a comic…lasts longer too 🙂

It does look like a fun game to play especially at this time of year.
