A Review of the New iCushion – Use Your iPad in Comfort

iCushion 2With the amount of time I spend on the internet (yes, yes, it is a rather large amount!), I tend to take a break from my laptop which sits in my office, and go downstairs to use my iPad Mini. Either that or I use it in bed when I am reading as I have downloaded the Kindle App. So when Mobiletoyz wrote to me to offer me the opportunity to review the new iCushion, how could I resist?!

One of the issues when using an iPad is that is isn’t very supportive of your hands or wrist. When I use my iPhone, it is small enough to grasp in the palm of your hand – not so the iPad! You are sort of ‘suspending’ it as you type and as a result it does put rather a lot of strain on you – even more if you are using the normal iPad and not the mini! It can also put a lot of pressure on your shoulders as you hunch over to use it!

The new iCushion is not only stylish in its appearance, it is practical too. It helps support your use of the tablet in complete comfort. The one I received is made of  a soft velvet and I can’t recommend it enough. The square inside the cushion is big enough to hold the iPad securely and will also support the mini if you have one of those instead. It supports it at just the right viewing angle giving you the versatility to be able to use when sitting on the sofa, at a table or in bed.

It has a beanbag interior which adds to its comfort and, because of this, I believe that makes it very sturdy – it can’t fall over!

The iCushion comes in 12 different colours – to stand out, I chose the purple one (plus it seems to be a favourite colour in this house!). To add to it’s versatility it doesn’t just work for the iPad – you can use it with any other make of tablet too!

Pros: Comfortable, versatile, easy to useiCushion 1
Cons: It means you use your iPad more! 😉

At a very reasonable £24.95 I think this makes a fantastic gift.

Howdy this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.

I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so
I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How ingenious! I wonder if it works for other tablets too?
