The Harpsden Range from Hammonds Fitted Furniture

Hammonds Harpsden 1

I am one of those believers in home-grown family businesses. There is something about the personal touch of these types of companies that helps you to trust in the fact that you are likely to receive a friendly, personal service from the people that you deal with – and the UK’s leading fitted bedroom company is no exception to that rule.

Hammonds have every reason to be proud. They have over 120 showrooms nationwide and 80 years worth of fine fitted furniture making behind them. They offer each of their customers a unique, bespoke design to ensure that the bedroom design you order fits your needs. You can also be sure of quality. They make everything themselves in their Leicestershire factory which means that they can control the craft of every detail of the bedroom they design for you. And it is not just bedrooms on offer, they can also help you with a kitchen or home office.

The designers are all personally trained by them in their own academy which means they know the company ethics and what it takes to design a bedroom unique to you. The products are handmade and fitted in as little as 4 weeks and come with a 10 year guarantee.

Hammonds recently launched their latest collection, the Harpsden. This is named after the Harpsden and Peveril Woods which are located close to Henley-on-Thames. The range comes in 5 colours; rich praline, light praline, stone, ivory and white. Looking at them, I have found that they all look soothing and easy on the eye – perfect for the relaxing surroundings of a bedroom.

The Harpsden collection also has a selection of three distinctive handles to choose from as well as the option of a contrasting dark pine surface at no extra charge. Being fitted and designed to your space means that you can make use of every last inch of the space in your room. The designers foresee any potential issues and use them as the opportunity to come up with a product to fit any of the trickier areas of a room such as low ceilings or difficult corners. It also means that your room will remain clutter-free – there is a space for everything and anything. This means not only does your room look bigger, it is neater too!
