Glorious Gluten Free Hampers

Gluten Free HampersRecently the lovely people at Gluten Free Hampers got in touch with me to offer me the chance to review one of their Hampers and chose to send me the gorgeous Sweet and Savoury selection – the best of both worlds in my eyes!

I have never truly known whether or not I am coeliac but one thing I do know is that if I stay off wheat and gluten, my stomach feels less bloated, I am less inclined *ahem* to have toilet problems and it is better for my weight.

Having recently done the Clean 9 Cleansing Programme, this was the perfect time to transfer my diet for the better by cutting out – or at least down – on the wheat and gluten, so the timing of the Gluten Free Hamper was perfect.

There is a fabulous selection in the Sweet and Savoury Selection which includes:

  • Lazy Days Chocolate Gingers 125g
  • Lazy Days Scottish Shortbread 150g
  • Tilguhillies Sticky Toffee Pudding 180g
  • Nairn’s Gluten Free Oatcakes 160g
  • Baxters Lobster Bisque Soup 415g
  • Cottage Delight Smoked Salmon Terrine 125g
  • Cooking Sauce White Wine & Mushroom 350g
  • Organic Alternative Grain Spaghetti 420g
  • Perry Court Sweet Apple Crisps 20g
  • Clipper Organic English Breakfast tea 40 bags
  • Eskal Mint Creams Dark Chocolates 200g
  • Sunrise Rice Crackers 100g

All presented in a fabulous red gift box and tied with a white ribbon. Perfect for any time of year – including Christmas – either as a gift or to keep.

So far we have eaten the shortbread and – one of my favourites – Chocolate Gingers! Absolutely and utterly delicious 🙂 The White Wine and Mushroom sauce is a particularly special treat for me as Ross and Grace don’t go anywhere near mushrooms!!

We are saving the smoked salmon terrine, sticky toffee pudding and Mint Creams for a special family occasion but the rest is being steadily consumed by the three of us and I wholeheartedly recommend it all!

Gluten Free Hampers don’t just offer hampers. They provide drinks, savoury treats, sweet treats and, coming soon, is their Christmas page. Also, rather than order the standard hampers that they offer, you can create your own.

They offer standard or next day delivery and use UPS for a majority of their orders for their reliability and track-able service. They also deliver outside the UK subject to restrictions.

Coming soon! Your chance to win the stunning Family Selection Hamper worth £99.95

I was sent a Sweet and Savoury Selection Hamper in return for this review. All words and opinions are my own. With thanks to Gluten Free Hampers.

As a recently diagnosed Coeliac whose diet has been drastically restricted, this hamper looks like manna from heaven! Tasty gluten free food is expensive and eating out for a Coeliac is a nightmare so a little treat like this for anyone who is gluten free would be well received I’m sure. I shall be hinting heavily about these hampers to my husband!!
